Plotra products built for real supply chains.

Terraxis builds operational infrastructure for agricultural trade where compliance, traceability, sourcing, and due diligence are not separate systems, but outcomes of the same operational flow. Our core product is Plotra: a compliance and trade infrastructure platform that turns farm, production, geospatial, documentation, and shipment activity into connected operational records.
How Terraxis Helps

The product layer inside Terraxis.

Most systems treat EUDR, CSDDD, and traceability as external reporting requirements added after trade occurs. Terraxis structures trade so that compliance, documentation, and due diligence emerge directly from how cooperatives, exporters, and importers already operate.

At the center of Plotra is the producer interface. Each farmer is assigned a structured digital identity that records deliveries, production methods, and participation history across seasons. Farmers can view the same delivery records held at cooperative level, creating a shared operational reality between producer and institution.

The result is a shift from fragmented record-keeping to a functioning digital operating system for agricultural trade.

Plotra Workstations

Four workstation paths, one operational system.

Cooperative Workstation

For cooperatives and estate producers that need producer onboarding, farm mapping, harvest intake, delivery registration, processing, batch aggregation, certification digitisation, EUDR screening, and export readiness in one continuous workflow.

01

Exporter Workstation

For exporters and cooperatives working with field producer records held by cooperatives or spread across suppliers, quality labs, and export offices. Plotra consolidates supplier information, contributing farmers, polygons, quality data, batches, consignments, DDS, and export documentation into one operational environment.

02

Importer DDS Workstation

For importers receiving complex compliance packages across PDFs, spreadsheets, certificates, and geospatial files. Plotra converts supplier documentation into a structured DDS-ready workflow with shipment-level traceability.

03

Human Rights Due Diligence

HRDD can be embedded inside the Cooperative Workstation or deployed as a standalone workflow. It records producer onboarding evidence, child participation, workforce conditions, safety risks, grievances, corrective actions, verification, and improvement over time.

04

One Delivery. Many Outcomes.

Across All Workstations

Plotra embeds the compliance layers into daily operations.

Geospatial Verification Layer

Farm and batch-level polygons remain linked to production data, enabling background deforestation-risk screening as part of normal operations rather than as a separate audit step.

Documentation & Compliance Layer

Export files, consignment summaries, traceability records, and compliance-ready data packages are produced directly from operational flow.

DDS Layer

DDS outputs are generated from live operational data across cooperatives, exporters, and importers, keeping due diligence aligned with actual trade activity.
What This Replaces

From fragmented compliance ecosystems to operational clarity.

Disconnected tools

GIS tools disconnected from trade operations, spreadsheet traceability, manual DDS workflows, and non-integrated SaaS reporting tools.

End-cycle reconstruction

Compliance records no longer need to be reconstructed at export or shipment level. They are generated as work happens.

Manual reporting burden

Certification, compliance, and cooperative documentation become part of the same operational flow that governs movement, aggregation, and export.

Lost producer visibility

Farmers and cooperatives maintain a shared operational record that reflects production contribution, delivery history, and traceability.

The deadline isn't moving. Your data structure still can.

Under six months to EUDR application. The organisations that clear it will be the ones structuring their operations now, not the ones waiting for a third simplification the Commission has already ruled out.

Tell us where you sit in the chain and we’ll tell you honestly what readiness looks like from here.
